Sassify Properties is a family owned and run business.

Jane Curran has worked in the public sector for 29 years, specialising in incident and risk management, investigations and more recently in the redesign of services by collaboration. She has experience of managing and leading multi-agency and omni competent teams of varying sizes to deliver effective public services. Degrees in law and psychology; a post graduate certificate from Warwick Business School in Leadership and Management and a post graduate certificate in adult safeguarding from the University of Salford have given her a great perspective and knowledge not just on legalities and critical thinking but also the human impact and how to value that in business.

In 2015, Jane joined the Tigrent property community and trained in property strategies relating to HMO, Distressed Property, Creative Finance and Lease Options. Although HMOs for young professionals and students are our key strategy, Sassify Properties also invest in Single Let properties and this year, our aim is to expand into commercial property. In the last two years, Jane has trained in and researched various opportunities for Commercial Property and Title Splitting with the wonderful Harriet Dunn, now of TitleSplit.com. Jane is a member of NRLA and a registered landlord with Cheshire East and Burnley Councils. Currently Sassify Properties invests in and around Warrington and Burnley.
