Highfield Avenue
Highfield is a six bed HMO with 4 en-suite rooms situated in the quiet residential area of Great Sankey. A five minute bus ride from Warrington town centre in one direction and Gemini retail and business parks in the other, with two railway stations in walking distance, and the M62 motorway a short drive, it has excellent transport links. Located in the Great Sankey valley area it is surrounded by parks and green spaces and is very popular with young professionals working in local public services, Amazon warehouse, education and IT industries. It benefits from a huge south facing patio, a garden room and a generous private garden. A large shared open plan kitchen/diner with ample laundry facilities and TV viewing area is provided for tenants alongside a cosy lounge for relaxation or study.
Previously this was a much loved family home for a number of generations that had become tired and in need of some TLC. We took it back to brick in the majority of rooms, opened up the spaces and created a light, bright spacious shared home that is always in demand. Launched in December 2020, it has been an excellent addition to our portfolio.
Richmond Street
A tired property that was purchased in 2018. This property was a two bed terraced, with only one bathroom with a tiny kitchen which we converted into a three bedroom, two bathroom, with a large open plan kitchen diner. The large upstairs bedroom has it’s own en-suite.
This property is a modern, welcoming and spacious home that initially accommodated medical students and is now an ample family home.
